EverFold provides a service that converts user-uploaded photos into colouring book pages. Our service includes image processing, book customization, printing, and shipping to eligible locations.

By using our service, you acknowledge that the final product may vary from the preview shown on our website. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in printing and processing are normal.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and upload any images submitted to our service. You must not upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate material.

You agree to provide accurate information for shipping and billing purposes. False or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation.

We handle your personal data and uploaded content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

Your uploaded images are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of creating your colouring book. We do not share or sell your images to third parties.

We use operational monitoring and analytics tools, including Datadog Real User Monitoring (RUM), to measure performance, detect errors, and improve reliability. These tools may collect technical data about your device, browser, pages viewed, and interaction events. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and modify your images for the purpose of providing our services.

The converted colouring books generated by our service are for your personal use. While you own the rights to your final colouring books, our processing algorithms and the technology used to create these books remain the intellectual property of EverFold.

We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All payments are processed securely through Stripe's platform.

Charges are billed at the rates in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. Price changes will not affect previous purchases.

All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Important: We do not accept refunds based on the choice or quality of images uploaded by customers. This includes screenshots containing device frames (such as iPhone frames with visible time, date, or menu elements), poor quality images, or any other image-related issues. Our preview system shows you exactly how your images will appear in the final product, and books are printed as-is based on your uploaded content. Please review your images carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or through our website.
